This archive is the result of a collaboration between a diverse team of archivists from around the country and local activist group Puncture the Silence - Stop Mass Incarceration, which hosted the Police Tribunal on Police Brutality in Cleveland.

The Archive is managed and administered by volunteers who engage in this work because of the social impact it creates in Cleveland and beyond.
